I am a Lead Designer with 14 years industry experience and grass roots in console development. During this time period I've shipped 10 console titles and several phone games. I led Sniper Elite to number 1 in the charts across the globe, rebooted Halo Wars to incredible critical success, and built teams that achieve results; creating unique and industry leading content. 

I have always worked extremely well with other departments, allowing good business relationships to develop through clear and concise communication. I've worked in Directors groups, Lead Groups, Design groups and been part of mentoring new talent in the industry through university programs.
