ABOUT ME
A Lead Designer and Manager with 19 years industry experience leading, mentoring and building design teams. During this time period I've shipped 11 console titles and even a few phone games. I led Sniper Elite to number 1 in the charts across the globe, rebooted Halo Wars to critical success. I've built teams that achieve results; creating unique and industry leading content. More recently being the Campaign lead at the lead studio on Division 2. Finally shipping various COD titles and warzone content.
I've worked in directors groups, lead Groups, design groups and been part of mentoring new talent in the industry through university programs in Sweden and Australia. I've helped develop industry leading tools for designers.

I have worked as both a Level Designer and a Designer so I have a skill set that can be employed to both Technical Design documentation or into Level Design tools
I've forged a career as a photographer/Cinematographer and have a critical eye for composition, light and storytelling in film.
Communication - I pride myself in building rapport with co-workers. I have extensive managerial experience and conflict resolution is something I strive towards - managing all different personality types
